18/19 – Never published to Amazon, so sadly, it will never be available again! #DidYouKnow I used to print these on my home printer (with manual duplex!), bind them using a wire-binding machine and then send them out….each book took a while! I hadn’t expected so many people to want a copy, so the next version I published to Amazon.
